Kellens trip to Primary Childrens

On the 11th, Kellen had an appointment with a pulmonary specialist to try and figure out what we can do about all of the breathing episodes he has had in his short life so far. We talked with the doctor forever about possible solutions, and did a bunch of tests to rule out a bunch of causes for his frequent problems. Poor Kellen had to go through ALOT. We were there for over four hours and it wasn't because we were waiting to see the dr, he just had a lot of stuff done. The test results came back and he has a lower than normal IGG, which basically means he has a hard time fighting infections, and something with his ICE (I think), which means he is also prone to have allergic reactions. At this point, his IGG isn't low enough to be to aggressive about it, but we are just monitoring him over the next few months, and will do further testing at that point. We also added some new medication and switched some, so hopefully all of this will help and he can actually feel what it is like to be healthy! All of this sure isn't stopping him at keeping busy. He is crawling all over the place now, and Kason is happy to have more of a playmate now that he is moving around.
